An English book gets the starting point's title and a subtitle with the puzzle count, for example "Sudoku Puzzle Book" and "200 Puzzles from Easy to Evil, Every One with a Single Solution". A book in another language is titled "Sudoku" with no subtitle, so you can write both in the book's language. Change them in "The book" card, or let your AI engine draft them.
