How do I start a new sudoku book?

In Activity Studio, click the Sudoku card. A window "A new sudoku book" opens. Choose the language of the book at the top right ("Language"), then click one of the starting points. The studio opens and starts making the puzzles at once. Every setting can be changed afterwards.
