How long does it take to make the puzzles?

Most puzzles take a fraction of a second. Evil puzzles, killers and samurai take longer, up to a few seconds each on the hardest levels. The top of the "Ready to publish" card shows "generating N puzzles..." while it works, and each puzzle appears in the list as soon as it is ready. You can keep working on the pages meanwhile.
