The editor fills the window. Where is the toolbar?

The editor opens below the app's title bar with its toolbar at the top (the Color tool adds a second row). On a small window the toolbar wraps onto more lines; make the window larger if a button is hard to reach. Cancel or the X closes the editor without saving.
