What happens when I save an edited page?

When its lines changed, the page is traced into clean outlines again and checked by the same print check. If you only changed colors, the design itself is not touched. An edited page keeps your changes when you change the readers, the line weight or the detail, as long as the trim stays the same. "New designs" and a change of kinds can still replace it, so lock pages you edited.
