How accurate is the transcript?

On clear speech about 93 percent of words come out exactly; most of the rest are numbers written as digits instead of words. Names, brands and jargon are the usual weak spot of any transcriber. You can correct them in the Codex before writing a book, and the raw transcript is always kept.
