Can I paste a link instead of a file?

Yes. The link field accepts a public YouTube video, a podcast RSS feed (an episode picker opens so you tick the episodes you want) or a direct link to an audio file (MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC and so on, up to 2 GB). Podcast episodes and direct links are downloaded to your computer and transcribed locally.
