How do I make a book with a child's name?

In "Letters or a name", type the name (for example EMMA) and press Enter. The line under the box shows the letters the book will use. Then click "One maze per letter (N)" to set the number of mazes to the number of letters (it appears when the count differs and the text has at least 4 letters). With more mazes than letters, the letters start again from the first. The "A to Z" button puts the alphabet back.
