Can two of my books share a puzzle?

No. The studio remembers the fingerprint of every puzzle in your other sudoku books and of every sudoku book you have exported (even if you deleted the book later). A new puzzle that matches one of them is never kept, so Volume 7 never repeats a puzzle from Volume 2.
