Why does my translated edition show a chapter as failed?

BookyAI only accepts a chapter's translation when it is complete and structurally sound — every paragraph present, every image and name variable in place. If the AI returned something incomplete (for example after a rate limit or an interrupted request), the chapter is marked failed rather than stored half-translated, and the reason is shown when you hover the square in the editions map. Click the refresh icon on that edition's row to translate the pending and failed chapters again; chapters that already succeeded are not redone.
