Where is the Help menu in BookyAI?

From version 1.9.21 BookyAI has a Help menu with "Video Tutorials", "Help Center" and "Members Area", each opening in your browser. On a Mac it is in the menu bar at the top of the screen while BookyAI is the active app. On Windows the app hides its menu bar to keep the window clean: press the Alt key and the menu bar appears, with Help at the end.
