What is the default order of the front matter, and why did it change?

From version 1.9.15 BookyAI follows the publishing standard: Epigraph, Foreword, Dedication, Table of Contents, Preface, Acknowledgments, Author's Note, Introduction, Prologue. Earlier versions printed Preface, Introduction, Dedication, Acknowledgments, Prologue, all after the contents page, which is not how most published books are arranged. Existing books get the new order at their next export; nothing has to be regenerated. If you prefer another order, change it under "Include in book" in the Export card.
