What is "Remember for later" in the chapter editor?

A story seed, from version 1.9.19. While reading a chapter a memory flickers and there is no time to tell it: press "Remember for later" in the row above the toolbar, type one line ("the burned batch, 1998") and press "Keep it". The line is saved with the book, together with the chapter and the spot where you were reading. The "Interview me" card then shows "A story waiting" (or how many). Click one when you have ten minutes: the telling window opens with your line already in the box and the story goes to the spot you noted. The seed disappears once the story is in the chapter; the small X forgets a seed without telling it.
