What happens when I change the puzzle type?

Every unlocked puzzle is made again for the new type. The levels, the puzzles per page and the solutions per page move to values the new type allows (for example a killer book stops at Hard, a samurai book has one puzzle per page). Locked puzzles of another type are made again too, because they no longer fit the book.
