What do I choose on KDP?

Paperback, the same trim size as in the studio, black and white interior, white paper, no bleed. Upload the Interior PDF as the manuscript and the cover wrap from Covers. KDP accepts 24 to 828 pages. Covers sets the spine width from the page count and adds spine text when the book is thick enough for it.
