The introduction and other appendices keep saying "I, [author], along with [publisher]". How do I stop that?

Update to version 1.9.3 or later and regenerate the appendices. Names now appear only where a printed book naturally carries them, such as a preface signature or the acknowledgments, and at most once; introductions, glossaries, discussion guides, endnotes and further reading never name the author or the publisher. You also get two tickboxes in the book's Book details, "Appendices may mention the author" and "the publisher": untick either one and that name never enters the generated text at all. The publisher is off by default.
