The Export button is disabled.

Either designs or AI pages are still being drawn, an export is running, or the Print check has a problem to fix: a design not drawn yet, a design that failed, two designs alike, a design drawn for another trim, a font without the language's letters. Hover the Export button to see the first problem, fix it, and the button becomes active.
