Either puzzles are still being made, or the "Ready to publish" card has a problem to fix: a puzzle not made yet, a font without the language's letters, digits, cage totals, lesson marks or solutions under 7 pt, or a large print grid under 16 pt. Hover the Export button to see the first problem, fix it, and the button becomes active.
