Regenerate says it finished but my chapters are still unfinished, with no error anywhere. What's wrong?

Update to v1.8.3 — the errors were real but invisible. Older versions swallowed the AI provider's error and even reported "Chapters regenerated" when every chapter had failed. Since v1.8.3 you see exactly what happened: each failed chapter shows the actual reason (for example "quota exceeded" or "API key invalid"), and the final status tells the truth — e.g. "Regenerated 2 of 4 — Chapter 7: Gemini quota exceeded". The most common causes are the free-tier daily quota of your AI provider (wait a few hours, or pick a different engine for the run) and an expired or missing API key (Settings → your provider → Test).
