On my Windows PC, every voice preview and audiobook fails with "Narration engine failed to start". What can I do?

Update to version 1.9.24: the narration engine now brings everything it needs with it, and it starts on Windows computers where it used to fail. If it still cannot start, the message now says what to do: install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) from Microsoft, restart BookyAI and try again; if it still fails, your antivirus may be blocking BookyAI, so allow BookyAI's folder in it. On an older version, installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) and restarting BookyAI often solves it too.
