My image captions show in the DOCX export but not in the PDF. Why?

Fixed in v1.8.1. When you insert an image with a caption, older versions only displayed the caption in DOCX; in PDF, EPUB and HTML the caption was stored invisibly. Since v1.8.1 captions appear in every export format, styled like a book: italic, slightly muted, centered under the image. Captions stay attached to their image even for images placed left or right with text flowing around them, and an image and its caption are never separated by a page break. Just export again after updating — no other change needed.
