My DOCX export has no table of contents. The PDF has one.

Fixed in v1.8.3 — the DOCX export now includes a real Word table of contents after the copyright page: every chapter is listed with a clickable link. One Word-specific detail: page numbers in a generated TOC are calculated by Word itself, so when you first open the file Word may ask "This document contains fields that may refer to other files — update them?" — answer Yes (or select all and press F9) and the page numbers fill in. This is standard Word behavior for any file with an automatic TOC.
