In what order are the pages?

Title page, copyright page, then the dedication, the welcome, "This book belongs to", "Before you begin" and "Test your colors" (the ones you use), then the designs, then the thank-you page, then blank pages if needed to reach KDP's 24 pages and an even count. With single-sided pages, every one of these pages after the copyright page sits on a right-hand page with a blank back.
