In Settings, how do I tell a free OpenRouter model from a paid one, and what will a book cost?

Update to BookyAI version 1.9.13 or later. The "OpenRouter model" picker in Settings is now grouped: OpenRouter Auto first, then "Free", then "Discounted right now", then all other models A to Z. Every model shows its price per one million tokens, input and output (for example $0.66 / $1.98 per 1M). Under the picker you see the price of the model you chose and an estimate for a 50,000-word book, based on what the pipeline typically sends and receives. It is an estimate: longer books, many regenerations or long chapter instructions cost more. Free models cost nothing but are rate-limited and can stop mid-book. Prices come from OpenRouter's public catalogue and refresh every 30 minutes; OpenRouter may also change prices by time of day, and the picker shows the price in force when it loads.
