I typed "##" on an empty line to add some space under a heading. Word shows the characters "##". How do I get the space?

Update to version 1.9.9 or later. A heading marker on an empty line is rendered as a gap in the Page preview, and since 1.9.9 the Word export does the same instead of printing the characters. For spacing between paragraphs, an empty line between them is usually enough; the templates add the right paragraph spacing in every export.
