I see "Design N was drawn for another trim size: draw it again".

That page is locked and was drawn (or edited) for the trim the book had before. Click the lock to unlock it, then click the round arrow for a new design. For an AI or photo page, unlock it, go back to Activity Studio and open the book again: the page is made again from its saved picture for the new trim, at no cost.
