I imported my own manuscript. Will Retitle change my chapter titles?

BookyAI •1 min read •4 views •Updated 5d ago

Only if you choose to. From version 1.9.24, in an imported book, Retitle still proposes a title for your own chapters, but they are marked "Your own" in the review and stay unticked, even when the AI thinks the title does not fit. A chapter only gets a new title if you tick it and press "Rename". Chapters added by the AI (for example with "Extend with AI") are treated like any other AI chapter.

A book disappeared from my Library but I never deleted it. Is my work gone? A chapter ignores its outline beats and writes the events of the following chapters. What can I do? A chapter or section heading ends up as the last line of a page in my export. How do I fix it? A chapter repeats parts of the previous chapter. Why does this happen and is it fixed?
