I imported my manuscript and the book got the file name as its title. Can BookyAI read the real title?

Yes, from version 1.9.21. When your document starts with a title page, BookyAI takes the book's title from it: a first top-level heading (a Markdown "# " line, or Word's Title or Heading 1 style) that is clearly a title page and not Chapter 1, followed only by a short block such as the subtitle and the author. Without a title page, the title comes from the file name, tidied up: "slow_mornings-final (2).docx" becomes "Slow Mornings". You can always change the title in the import form before you import.
