I bought BookyAI Audio later (not with my order). How do I activate it?

You received a license key by email (format: BND-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Open the Audio tab in the app, enter the key and click Activate.

A render failed halfway. ACX rejected my BookyAI Audio files with "RMS is too low. Raise the level of this file X dB", although the app showed the RMS inside the range. What should I do? After updating to v1.6.3, my first audio render is re-doing all chapters. Why? Are the introduction, prologue, appendices etc. narrated?
