How many pictures of my own can a book have, and how do I remove one?

Up to 30 per book. Click one of your pictures to use it or leave it out ("Used: click to leave it out", "Left out: click to use it"). Point at it and click the small x ("Remove from this book") to remove it. Your pictures belong to the book they were added to.
