How do I save or download my book covers as image files?

From version 1.9.17 there is a "Save image" button under each cover on the book's page. It opens a save dialog with a file name suggested from your book's title, and then shows the saved file in its folder. You can also open Cover Studio ("Covers" in the menu), move the mouse over a cover in the gallery and click "Download PNG".
