How do I make every chapter of my printed book start on a right-hand page?

From version 1.9.24, open the book's page, open the Book design card and tick "Start chapters on a right-hand page (print)", under the trim size. In the PDF, each chapter, the contents page and the front matter then open on an odd (right-hand) page, as in most printed books, with a blank page added before them where needed. The blank pages have no page number. Part pages open on a right-hand page too. The option is off until you tick it, so the page count of your books never changes on its own. Use Page preview in Book design to see the result.
