How do I delete a book?

From version 1.9.22 there are three places. In the Library, each book card has a trash button, now always visible. On the book's own page, open Book details and press "Delete this book". On a series page, each volume has its own trash button. BookyAI asks first and tells you what goes: the book with its chapters, covers and exports. A book in a series is removed from the series, and the other volumes and the series' shared Codex stay. The book is moved to the Trash (Mac) or the Recycle Bin (Windows), from where it can be restored.
