How do I check for updates myself, and where do I see which version I have?

The version is at the bottom of the sidebar, for example "v1.9.19". Click it: "What's new" opens with the notes of every version, and at the top the update panel with "Check for updates". The same panel is in Settings, Extra tools, under "Updates". BookyAI also looks for a new version by itself when it starts and every six hours. From version 1.9.19 the panel shows every step: "Checking for updates", "Downloading 1.9.20 · 43%" with a bar, "Version 1.9.20 is ready" with "Relaunch to update", "Installing". When nothing is new it says "You have the latest version" and when it last looked. The green dot next to the version says "Up to date" once a check has run.
