How can I tell whether it's my connection or something blocking the app?

Open https://network.bookyai.net in your normal browser. If a page loads, your internet and our server are both fine — the block is between the APP and the server (VPN, antivirus web-shield or proxy; see above). If the browser can't load it either, the problem is your network or, rarely, a temporary outage on our side.
