Does the audiobook announce the parts of my book?

Yes, from version 1.9.24. The first chapter of each part begins by saying the part, for example "Part Two. The Return.", and then the chapter as usual. Parts do not get an audio file of their own. An audiobook you rendered before you added parts does not change: render it again from the Audio page to hear the announcements.
