Can my colored pages be on the cover?

Yes. The first four colored pages of the book go to Covers in "Your colored pages on the cover": pick one for a single picture, or two or three for pages fanned out, and the image engine makes them the cover's artwork, in their colors. Pick none and the cover is drawn from the genre alone.
