Can I see the pages before exporting?

Yes. The preview in the middle shows each page exactly as it prints, with the same fonts. Use the arrows or the page list to move through the book; the list names each page, for example "Page 12 · Puzzles 3 to 4" or "Page 5 · Lesson".
