Can I move the Table of Contents, for example after the Dedication?

Yes, from version 1.9.15. In the Export card, under "Include in book", "Table of Contents" is a row among the front matter. Drag it or use its arrows to place it where you want. By default it comes right after the Dedication (and after an Epigraph and a Foreword if you have them), as in most published books. Its position applies to PDF, Word and HTML. EPUB and Kindle files use the reader's own contents menu, so there is no contents page to place there.
