Can BookyAI write in British English?

Yes. Choose "English (UK)" as the book language (or set it as your default language in Settings). The AI then uses British spelling (-ise, colour, centre, travelled),

"practise" as the verb, British vocabulary and date style, and single quotation marks. "English (US)" uses American conventions.

Books created before this option existed were written with US spelling.
