Are the spaces big enough for a sum or a word?
Yes. The spaces are sized for the widest label of the code (a word of five letters, a sum like "20 − 11"): mystery cells grow, and on other pages a space without room for its label stays white. Changing the code colors the pages again and remakes mystery pages. For codes, mystery mosaics work best, because their cells are sized for the labels.
