Amazon KDP flags my PDF because the page numbers are too close to the edge. What can I do?

Update to version 1.9.7 or later and export the PDF again. Earlier versions printed the page numbers about 0.23 inches from the bottom edge, inside the 0.25-inch zone where KDP does not allow any text. Since 1.9.7 the page numbers sit about 0.48 inches from the edge on every trim size, within KDP's rules for both standard and bleed books. Nothing else in the layout changes.
