After importing my BookyAI DOCX, Kindle Create shows two pages at the top of the Body list in italics with a yellow dot, named after my book title and "Table of Contents". Is something wrong?

No. Those are your title page and your contents page. Kindle Create marks any page that comes before the first chapter as an untitled body page, and it does the same with every Word manuscript. They are not chapters and they do not appear in the Kindle table of contents. If you want them handled as proper front matter, click the plus sign next to Front Matter in Kindle Create and add a Title Page element (you can also delete the imported contents page, since Kindle Create generates its own). Leaving them as they are is fine as well.
