A line like "Chapter 5: The Rival's Shadow" appears under the chapter title in my exported book. Why?

The AI sometimes repeats a chapter's title at the top of the text, for example "### Chapter 5: The Rival's Shadow". BookyAI removes that repeated line when it exports, so the title is printed only once. Before version 1.9.22 the line could slip through when it was written with a straight apostrophe while the chapter's title had a curly one (The Rival's and The Rival’s), or when it was written in another language ("Capitolul 3", "Kapitel 4"). From version 1.9.22 these are recognised too, and removed. A heading that says more than the chapter's number and title, such as "Chapter 5 in brief", is your content and stays.
